Bread from St Ives Bakery
We are very excited to now be providing bread from St Ives Bakery.
Ched at the Bakery has been working hard over the past two years to perfect the right balance of flours and fermentation to achieve the slowest rise possible, therefore reducing the amount of yeast used…..plus it creates an even better flavour!
Their white rolls, focaccia and turkish bread are available as alternatives to our more traditional sliced bread sandwiches, or as an accompaniment to our warming bowls of homemade soup.
Focaccia is made using organic white flour, salt, yeast, olive oil, sea salt and rosemary.
The turkish bread is just divine and is made up of organic white flour, salt, yeast, sesame and nigella seeds.
White rolls contain organic white flour, salt and yeast.
